Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for automation and AI projects.
- Design and implement data analytics solutions to optimize clinical trial performance and reduce time-to-market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, R&D) to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Utilize AI tools to predict trends, mitigate risks, and enhance decision-making capabilities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for stakeholders to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the successful deployment of new automation systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Life Sciences, Pharma, or Healthcare industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with process automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) and AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Machine Learning frameworks).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
