- Conduct solution assessment and validation: Source and evaluate alternatives to identify the best-fit solution for specific business needs.

- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.

Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau) and business process modeling.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
