- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for Fund Services projects
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles to ensure solution alignment with business needs
- Analyze existing processes within MultiFonds environment to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop functional specifications and process flow documentation
- Support implementation of system enhancements and process optimizations
- Prepare progress reports and present findings to key stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience in banking/financial services
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering and UAT methodologies
- Familiarity with MultiFunds or similar financial platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with process improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
