Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to define Basel III project scope and objectives.
- Document detailed data flows and business process models to ensure clear understanding of system interactions.
- Ensure accurate sourcing of data from upstream legacy systems into the central Basel data mart.
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate data mapping rules and transformation logic.
- Analyze current reporting processes and recommend improvements for regulatory compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business users regarding data inquiries and system changes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services or banking sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Basel III regulatory frameworks and data governance standards.
- Proven experience in documenting data flows and creating process maps using tools like Visio or UML.
- Experience with data mart architectures and integrating data from multiple upstream systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to project timelines in a dynamic environment.
