Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into effective BI reporting solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and provide analytical support to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in Business Intelligence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst with a focus on BI Reporting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
