Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business requirements for digital projects.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications for development teams.
- Conduct detailed gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Facilitate communication between business units and IT departments to ensure project alignment.
- Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process flows, and requirement traceability matrices.
- Stay current with emerging technology trends and evaluate their potential impact on current business operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar professional role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering tools and documentation software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with agile development methodologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
