Kuarta Powerindo Perkasa is seeking a highly skilled and proactive On-Site Field Engineer to join our expanding technical team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the primary technical contact at client sites, responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our power and IT infrastructure solutions. As our On-Site Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring system uptime and client satisfaction. You will work closely with project managers and technical leads to execute deployments, perform routine inspections, and provide immediate incident resolution. We are looking for an individual with a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while representing our company values with the highest standard of professionalism.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and commissioning of onsite technical hardware and infrastructure systems.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and site inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly, minimizing downtime for the client.
- Coordinate with remote support teams and internal stakeholders to report site progress and technical incidents.
- Manage onsite inventory and ensure all tools and testing equipment are properly maintained.
- Provide technical training and onsite guidance to client operational staff when required.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and quality assurance protocols during all onsite operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a field engineering, onsite support, or technical maintenance role.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in using standard diagnostic and repair tools.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Jakarta Raya region for project assignments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is a plus.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis and adapt to project-specific schedules.
