Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain integrated supply chain plans that align demand forecasting with production capacity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of operational plans.
- Monitor inventory health metrics and implement optimization strategies to reduce carrying costs while maintaining service levels.
- Identify and analyze bottlenecks within the supply chain, proposing actionable improvements to increase efficiency.
- Lead the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process, facilitating high-level meetings to achieve consensus on business targets.
- Generate detailed performance reports and KPIs to provide management with visibility into operational health.
- Adapt planning models to shifting market conditions, ensuring the company remains agile and competitive.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or production scheduling.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo) and advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic insights for business growth.
- Solid understanding of inventory control methods, lean methodologies, and lead-time management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on problem-solving.
