As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in analyzing complex financial and operational data, specifically focusing on CASA (Current Account Savings Account) and Treasury/Deposit systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to document requirements, streamline workflows, and ensure that our technical implementations are aligned with core business objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Translate high-level business goals into detailed technical requirements and functional specifications.
- Conduct thorough business process analysis, specifically focused on CASA and Treasury/Deposit (TD) banking workflows.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical development teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that delivered solutions meet business expectations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system integration.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specification documents (FSDs).
- Support project managers by providing data-driven insights and impact assessments for ongoing initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services sector.
- Strong understanding of CASA (Current Account Savings Account) products and Treasury/Deposit systems.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process mapping (BPMN), and use case modeling.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Strong background in data analysis and SQL/Excel proficiency for report generation and trend analysis.
