Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a strong focus on Data Governance and Regulatory compliance within the banking sector? Our client, a leading Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) institution, is seeking a meticulous and driven Business Analyst to join their team in the East Region of Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting the Privacy Local Addendum Analysis and Implementation projects.
You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that data handling processes align with stringent privacy standards and local regulatory frameworks. This is a high-impact contract opportunity for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses a deep understanding of data lifecycle management in a global banking context.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the analysis and implementation of Privacy Local Addendum requirements across CIB workstreams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex regulatory privacy requirements into actionable data governance policies.
- Perform comprehensive gap analysis on existing data structures to ensure compliance with local privacy addendums.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and data mapping documents to guide technical development teams.
- Monitor and track project milestones, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate workshops with Legal, Compliance, and IT teams to align on data handling procedures and implementation strategies.
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation for audit purposes and operational reference.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, ideally within the CIB or Banking sector.
- Proven track record in Data Governance projects, particularly regarding data privacy regulations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex data environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI), or GRC platforms is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, contract-based project environment.
