Business Analyst (CIB, Data Governance)
Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a strong track record in Data Governance and regulatory compliance within the Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) sector? In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the Privacy Local Addendum Analysis & Implementation project. You will work at the dynamic intersection of business, technology, and compliance, ensuring the bank's data practices are not only compliant with local privacy regulations but also strategically aligned with broader data governance objectives. This involves conducting detailed gap analyses, facilitating workshops with key stakeholders from Legal, Compliance, and Technology, and driving the end-to-end implementation of new data privacy standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the analysis, interpretation, and documentation of Privacy Local Addendum requirements for the CIB division.
- Conduct comprehensive gap analyses between existing data governance frameworks and new regulatory requirements (e.g., PDPA, GDPR).
- Elicit, prioritize, and manage business and technical requirements for data privacy implementation projects.
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, and Data Office teams to ensure alignment with data protection strategies.
- Define and implement data lineage, data classification, and data quality standards within the bank's data governance tool.
- Facilitate working sessions and stakeholder meetings to build consensus and drive project milestones.
- Support the creation and maintenance of data governance policies, standards, and operating procedures.
- Assist in the user acceptance testing (UAT) and operational rollout of new data governance solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Data Governance and/or Regulatory Compliance.
- Deep understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., Singapore PDPA, GDPR) and their practical application in the banking sector.
- Proven experience working within Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) or a complex financial services environment.
- Hands-on experience with data governance platforms (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Talend) is highly valued.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, able to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum project management framework.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CDMP, CIPP/CIPM) are a plus.
