We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in Kuala Lumpur on a contract basis. In this pivotal role, you will act as the vital bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications. The ideal candidate brings a wealth of experience in process optimization and system implementation, with a specific focus on Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and automated notification frameworks.
You will be responsible for documenting business workflows, performing gap analysis, and ensuring that our IT solutions align with our strategic business objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document complex business requirements and processes to facilitate system improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy enhancements for Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
- Manage the lifecycle of notification system upgrades, ensuring seamless communication across all operational channels.
- Conduct thorough gap analysis and feasibility studies to support strategic business initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact between technical developers and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that technical deliverables meet defined business standards.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of proven professional experience in a Business Analyst role.
- In-depth knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) is highly desirable.
- Experience working with complex notification or messaging systems is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process mapping tools, and project management methodologies.
