Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and produce high-level strategic reports to support decision-making by the COO Office.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Identify process inefficiencies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation and AI solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support urgent strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems and databases.
- Present complex data findings to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar strategic support role within a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on proficiency with advanced Excel functions and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., RPA) and AI concepts is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and tell compelling data stories.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to senior leadership effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
