Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for data-driven optimization
- Design and implement data models, reports, and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications for analytics solutions
- Conduct thorough data validation and quality assurance to ensure accurate reporting and decision-making
- Develop predictive analytics models to support forecasting, risk assessment, and strategic planning
- Document business processes, data flows, and system requirements using industry-standard methodologies
- Present data insights and recommendations to leadership through compelling visual narratives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or data analytics roles
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and statistical analysis software
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Experience with requirement gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder management
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of energy industry operations or utilities sector is advantageous
- Certifications in CBAP, PMP, or data analytics preferred
