- Lead and manage end-to-end data migration projects from legacy systems to new platforms, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Conduct thorough gap analysis and data profiling to identify discrepancies and define migration scopes.
- Collaborate with IT, product, and business units to define clear data requirements and migration strategies.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including data mapping documents, test plans, and migration status reports.
- Monitor migration progress in real-time and troubleshoot any issues to ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure all migrated data adheres to data quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related business discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with specific expertise in data migration projects.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
- Proven experience working within the insurance or financial services sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
