Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing data policies and frameworks to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define data governance standards.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and relevant external data regulations.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize data policy impacts.
- Conduct gap analysis between current processes and industry best practices.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical business units clearly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or data governance roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with data privacy laws (e.g., PDPA, GDPR) is a plus.
