Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and forecast business demand to support strategic planning and capacity management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track demand trends and performance metrics.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication between technical teams and business units.
- Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor the demand pipeline and ensure timely delivery of projects and services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of demand management principles and capacity planning.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
