Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document detailed business requirements for EdTech platforms and customer-facing portals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and UX designers, to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Create comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for system improvement and digital transformation.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate requirement-gathering workshops.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate post-deployment support for new features.
- Monitor platform performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance user adoption.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the EdTech or SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in mapping customer journeys and optimizing digital portal ecosystems.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure contract environment.
