- Analyze business processes and requirements in the logistics sector to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed business requirements documents and functional specifications
- Create and maintain data models using SQL to extract, transform, and analyze business data
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively
- Work with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of business solutions
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions and recommend further optimizations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the logistics industry
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders
- Experience in process mapping and workflow documentation
- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
