Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize finance systems including ERP platforms, ensuring data integrity and system reliability
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify process improvement opportunities in finance workflows
- Develop and maintain financial reporting dashboards and automation tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system specifications
- Implement system configurations, updates, and security protocols for finance applications
- Document processes, workflows, and system changes for audit and compliance purposes
- Provide user training and support for finance system users across the organization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis and finance system administration
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience in process mapping, workflow optimization, and system implementation
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in business analysis (CBAP) or finance systems is a plus
