Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and digital transformation within our FinTech product suite.
- Gather, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements from diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Create comprehensive project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams to ensure technical implementations align with business needs.
- Conduct thorough UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure solutions are bug-free and meet quality standards before deployment.
- Bridge the communication gap between non-technical business stakeholders and technical engineering teams.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and provide data-driven insights to support continuous product improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services industry.
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio).
- Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-growth environment.
