We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst (Freight Forwarding) to join their dynamic team in Singapore. In this critical role, you will bridge the gap between business operations and technology, acting as the key driver behind process optimization and system enhancement projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions that directly impact operational efficiency and profitability.
The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will be the vital link between our client's business stakeholders and their technology partners. You will take the lead in analyzing current freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution processes to identify areas for strategic improvement. Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping the future roadmap of their logistics systems, ensuring they remain agile and competitive in a rapidly evolving market. From gathering detailed requirements to managing UAT and driving end-user adoption, you will own the end-to-end analysis lifecycle.

Tanggung Jawab
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Analyze current workflows and systems to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for system enhancements and new implementations.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and operations teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Perform data analysis, create dashboards, and generate actionable reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate go-live activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations (ocean, air, and land) and supply chain management principles.
- Proven track record in system implementation, process re-engineering, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) and experience with logistics management systems (e.g., CargoWise, SAP TM, or similar).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSCP) are a strong plus.
