- Analyze business processes and user requirements to define clear system functionality and specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather detailed requirements for new features and improvements.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure system stability, performance, and adherence to business standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including flowcharts, process maps, and technical specifications.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization to support critical business operations.
- Support the implementation of technical solutions and provide necessary training to end-users.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a fresh graduate or have less than 2 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse teams.
- Basic understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) principles and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
