Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze insurance domain processes and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
- Develop and maintain process flows, data models, and comprehensive documentation
- Collaborate with development teams using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies
- Ensure solutions comply with insurance regulations and industry standards
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership through clear visualizations
- Drive continuous improvement of business processes through data-driven insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience with insurance domain focus
- Proven expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project delivery frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex business requirements
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio, BPMN)
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement across all levels
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of insurance regulations (Philippine Insurance Commission) and compliance standards
