Tanggung Jawab
- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements for Digital Employee Experience (DEX) initiatives and process improvements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Conduct current-state assessments and future-state process mapping to identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business cases, functional specifications, and user stories for DEX projects.
- Support the execution of test plans, user acceptance testing (UAT), and development of training materials.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to DEX operations and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and evaluating new technologies to enhance the digital employee experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within an IT or Managed Services environment.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirement gathering methodologies (e.g., BPMN, UML, Agile/Scrum).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) tools or IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g., ITIL) is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment in Pasig City.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, ECBA) are an advantage but not required.
