Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for insurance technology solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of insurance software applications.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to bridge communication between business and technical teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
