Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance domain
- Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and documentation tools
