Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements specifically within the Insurance domain.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and sprint planning sessions utilizing both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose innovative, tech-driven solutions to optimize existing business processes.
- Work closely with QA and development teams to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and communicate updates effectively to key stakeholders.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide essential post-implementation support to ensure smooth transitions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in the Insurance industry.
- Demonstrated project experience successfully utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and Use Cases.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and manage project tasks independently.
