Tanggung Jawab
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders to capture project scope and functional requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flowcharts, wireframes, and data mapping.
- Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to ensure technical delivery matches business intent.
- Manage the project backlog and prioritize features to meet tight deployment deadlines.
- Analyze existing business systems and identify opportunities for optimization or digital transformation.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure solutions meet established success criteria.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst within an IT or software development environment.
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Excellent command of process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or Jira/Confluence).
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
