Tanggung Jawab
- Gather, document, and analyze complex business requirements across multiple departments
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and functional specifications
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to define project scope and objectives
- Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Identify process optimization opportunities and recommend data-driven improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in ICT sector
- Proficiency in requirement gathering tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with UML modeling and data flow diagrams
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and Agile frameworks
