- Evaluate existing operational processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements.
- Create detailed business requirements documents, process maps, use cases, and user stories.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
- Support project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of operational initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure solution alignment.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and assist in training end-users on new processes and systems.
- Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of implemented changes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in operations or process improvement roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
