Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document business requirements for Order to Cash processes using industry-standard methodologies
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and IT teams to map current-state workflows and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop comprehensive process flows, data models, and functional specifications for system enhancements
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to reduce order processing time and improve cash flow
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to validate requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new ERP or CRM modules related to O2C
- Monitor process KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably with Order to Cash or supply chain processes
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and process modeling software
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial transaction cycles
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or related business analysis credentials preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of documenting complex processes and driving process optimization initiatives
