PERSOL is currently seeking a motivated Business Analyst specializing in the Power Platform to join our team in the West Region. In this contract role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to design, develop, and implement innovative low-code solutions.
As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into high-impact Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for process automation.
- Design and maintain custom solutions using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps).
- Develop and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) to streamline business operations.
- Create interactive data visualizations and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure seamless deployment of applications.
- Provide technical documentation and user training manuals to ensure high adoption rates across business units.
- Manage project timelines and communicate progress updates to internal stakeholders consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or solution design, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI is essential.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, SharePoint, and Microsoft Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project priorities simultaneously.
