- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
- Design and implement data-driven dashboards and digital tools for operational monitoring
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
- Develop process improvement frameworks and implement best practices
- Conduct root cause analysis of operational bottlenecks and propose solutions
- Create detailed documentation of processes, workflows, and system specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on process improvements and digital solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or process improvement
- Proficiency in dashboard development tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Experience with business process modeling methodologies (BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record of delivering process optimization projects
- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization techniques
