AIA Digital+ is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst (Project Management) to join our IT Solution Centre delivery team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that technology solutions effectively meet organizational goals. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Your ability to facilitate workshops and manage project documentation will be crucial in ensuring the successful implementation of IT solutions within the AIA Group ecosystem.
Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories for the development team.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business process diagrams and UAT plans.
- Conduct quality assurance testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with end-users.
- Provide ongoing support and analysis during the implementation phase to ensure solution stability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in requirements modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and documentation standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
