Tanggung Jawab
- Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and process mapping.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical development teams and business stakeholders to translate needs into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough gap analysis to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and roadblocks to senior management.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate stakeholder feedback loops.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained according to internal compliance and audit standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical communication gaps.
- Ability to thrive in a contract environment and adapt quickly to shifting organizational priorities.
