Rising Tide Digital is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Taguig City. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring our digital products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
In this position, you will be responsible for creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, developing comprehensive Business Requirements Documents, designing UAT test scripts, and creating Knowledge Transfer Documents, User Manuals, and Training materials. Your analytical skills will help translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for our development team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development teams
- Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that capture business needs
- Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts to ensure quality delivery
- Create Knowledge Transfer Documents, User Manuals, and Training materials for end-users
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Translate complex business needs into technical specifications for development teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in creating user stories, requirements documents, and test scripts
- Experience with UAT processes and documentation
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
