Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization through SAP GROW.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Configure and customize SAP modules to align with project milestones and business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for system troubleshooting and functional support post-implementation.
- Coordinate with technical teams and developers to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.
- Develop comprehensive user manuals, process documentation, and facilitate training sessions for end-users.
- Monitor system performance and ensure adherence to best practices in SAP architecture and data integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, specifically within SAP environments.
- Solid understanding of SAP GROW solutions and cloud-based ERP deployments.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical design specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Experience in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) is highly desirable.
