- Gather and document business requirements from supply chain and logistics stakeholders.
- Analyze distribution network data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize project initiatives.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT and development teams.
- Support the implementation and optimization of supply chain management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).
- Conduct data-driven analyses to support strategic decision-making for network scaling.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in supply chain or FMCG environments.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Knowledge of distribution network design and inventory optimization concepts.
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
