  • Gather and document business requirements from supply chain and logistics stakeholders.
  • Analyze distribution network data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize project initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT and development teams.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of supply chain management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).
  • Conduct data-driven analyses to support strategic decision-making for network scaling.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on process improvements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in supply chain or FMCG environments.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of distribution network design and inventory optimization concepts.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
