Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract and transform data for business reporting.
- Ensure the consistency, integrity, and validity of data across all organizational reporting platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical report specifications.
- Automate manual reporting processes to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Perform regular data audits and troubleshoot discrepancies to maintain a 'single source of truth'.
- Create and maintain documentation for report logic, data dictionaries, and operational processes.
- Support leadership with ad-hoc analytical requests and performance trend reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of professional experience in Business Analysis or Data Reporting roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures) is mandatory.
- Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global business environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
