Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed UAT test scenarios and test cases
- Design, execute, and document comprehensive system QA testing protocols for pension applications
- Facilitate UAT sessions with business stakeholders, collecting feedback and driving resolution of defects
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure system requirements align with business objectives
- Monitor test coverage and report on system quality metrics throughout the UAT lifecycle
- Develop and maintain test data, scripts, and documentation for regression testing
- Identify process improvement opportunities in QA methodologies and UAT execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst with System QA and UAT focus
- Proven expertise in testing methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex business requirements
- Experience in financial services, pension systems, or fintech applications preferred
- Proficiency in QA tools (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, TestRail) and documentation standards
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and requirement validation
- Certifications in business analysis (CBAP) or software testing (ISTQB) advantageous
