Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end systems implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive process improvement analysis to identify bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Design and maintain interactive PowerBI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze datasets for reporting.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to bridge communication between technical teams and business units.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and provide continuous support for process enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, specifically in systems implementation.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures) is a must.
- Strong experience in PowerBI or similar data visualization tools for business reporting.
- Proven track record in mapping business processes and executing process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced corporate environment.
