- Lead the analysis and documentation of complex business processes, systems, and operational workflows to identify opportunities for digital transformation and efficiency gains.
- Elicit, prioritize, and document business requirements from key stakeholders, translating them into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams to design, test, and implement system enhancements and new technology solutions.
- Conduct rigorous data analysis, modeling, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and measure the ROI of operational changes.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops, meetings, and presentations to drive stakeholder alignment, gather feedback, and ensure project consensus.
- Manage the product backlog and project roadmap, applying Agile and Scrum methodologies to deliver value incrementally and on schedule.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project and system documentation, including process maps (BPMN/UML), training materials, and support guides.
- Proactively monitor project progress, identify potential risks and dependencies, and communicate status updates and recommendations to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related analytical discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, specifically specializing in systems implementation and operations optimization.
- Proven track record of successfully driving digital transformation projects from conception through to delivery and adoption.
- Deep understanding of business analysis frameworks (BABOK, Agile, Scrum) and expert proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and Visio.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with a laser focus on detail and data integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Hands-on experience with data modeling, SQL querying, and process mapping (BPMN/UML) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities, work independently, and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
