Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct end-to-end business analysis to identify process improvement opportunities
- Elicit, document, and validate requirements for technology solutions
- Analyze data trends to inform strategic decision-making and AI implementation
- Develop process models, workflows, and system specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align technology initiatives with business goals
- Monitor KPIs and evaluate solution effectiveness post-implementation
- Research emerging technologies to recommend innovative digital solutions
- Create comprehensive documentation for system enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or digital transformation
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning applications
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Experience in social services or non-profit sector advantageous
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of implementing data-driven solutions
