We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to drive excellence in our vendor management and outsourcing strategies. In this dynamic role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring the highest quality of data annotation and search operations. You will analyze vendor performance, optimize operational workflows, and implement data-driven solutions that support our mission to provide safe and engaging content for billions of users.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and evaluate vendor performance to ensure alignment with TikTok’s operational standards and SLAs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive outsourcing analysis reports to drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data annotation processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions for continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with key external partners and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Support the execution of safety and non-safety data annotation services at scale.
- Conduct market research on outsourcing trends to inform long-term business strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the IT, outsourcing, or data operations sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in vendor management, supplier analysis, or outsourcing coordination is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality assurance and process optimization.
