Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive metrics to quantify risk and measure the effectiveness of YouTube's safety initiatives
- Analyze large datasets to identify emerging trends, patterns, and potential safety concerns across the YouTube platform
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate data insights into actionable product improvements
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate the impact of safety features and policies on user behavior
- Stay current with industry best practices in content moderation, user safety, and data analysis
- Present complex analytical findings in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Contribute to the development of YouTube's overall safety strategy through data-driven recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, R, or similar)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences
- Knowledge of content moderation, trust and safety principles, or online platform operations is a plus
- Experience working with large datasets and statistical analysis methods
