- Develop and execute comprehensive business analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
- Design and implement advanced analytical models using SQL, Python, and BI tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and establish performance metrics
- Present complex findings to senior leadership through compelling visualizations and reports

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years in business analytics with 2+ years in leadership role
- Expertise in SQL, Python, R, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven track record translating data into strategic business decisions
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in BPO/IT services or client-facing analytics environment
