Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage end-to-end management reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
- Lead daily accounting operations and general ledger maintenance to support accurate financial recording and reconciliation.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze departmental budgets to ensure financial targets are met and variances are explained.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PSAS).
- Manage and optimize financial systems to improve data integrity and reporting efficiency across the organization.
- Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders during annual audits and internal reviews.
- Provide actionable insights and financial recommendations to support senior management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management reporting, financial analysis, or accounting operations.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Deep understanding of Philippine accounting standards and corporate compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data into clear insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting reports to non-financial stakeholders.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a significant advantage.
