Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate viable renewable energy project opportunities, including solar, wind, and grid-scale solutions, to align with company strategic goals.
- Lead the end-to-end project development lifecycle, from initial site assessment and feasibility studies to securing necessary permits and approvals.
- Develop comprehensive business proposals and investment memorandums to attract potential investors and strategic partners.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze trends, competition, and regulatory policies affecting the renewable energy sector in the Philippines.
- Manage relationships with government agencies, local communities, and utility companies to facilitate project approvals and community engagement.
- Oversee budget planning and financial modeling for proposed projects to ensure profitability and viability.
- Coordinate closely with engineering and technical teams to ensure project specifications meet commercial and operational requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil), or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project development, business development, or energy sector sales, preferably within the renewable energy industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing project lifecycles from conception to commissioning or acquisition.
- Strong understanding of Philippine energy laws, renewable energy incentives, and regulatory frameworks (RESP, ERC).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, risk assessment, and project management software.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and attend meetings across the region.
