Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to drive operational efficiency.
- Define the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Capture high-level requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement solution architectures.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure clear communication of architectural vision.
- Assess the current state and define the target state for business processes and systems.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Architect or in a similar strategic role (minimum 3-5 years).
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using business modeling tools and diagramming software.
